A small number of pupils and staff at Wragby Primary School are self isolating after two pupils at the school tested positive for coronavirus.

A spokesperson for the school said: “We have had two pupils at our school test positive for coronavirus.
“We immediately contacted the local public health team, and the children and staff within the affected bubbles are self-isolating as a precaution.

“The safety of our staff and pupils is our top priority, and we have a range of measures in place to prevent the spread of the virus, including frequent handwashing and social distancing.

“As a result, the rest of the school remains open to all other pupils, although we will be monitoring the situation closely and keeping parents informed.”
