Boys Brigade have nostalgic trip back to Mablethorpe
St Ann's Boys Brigade based in Nottingham, loved heading to Mablethorpe on their annual camp holiday during the 1940s/50s.
The boys recently came back to Mablethorpe to mark the 84th birthday of their old camp commanding officer, Dennis Dixon.
They received =a warm welcome from town crier, Roy Palmer and Mayor of the town, Joyce Taylor.
They spent their day enjoying fish and chips and a walk on the beach, remembering good times gone by.
The brigade wish to thank the people of Mablethorpe for their hospitality and kindness.
