Closure order placed on Sleaford house due to drug offences
A Closure Order has been issued on 4 Watergate by Lincoln magistrates, preventing anybody – except the legal tenants and authorised people – from entering the property, due to it being used in the recent past for drug offences which caused a nuisance to the local community.
Any unauthorised person entering the residential property is committing a criminal offence that could result in a custodial sentence or fine.

The court action was taken by North Kesteven District Council’s Anti Social Behaviour Team and Lincolnshire Police.
Council Executive Member with special interest in community safety, Coun Steve Clegg said: “We would encourage anybody who sees people entering this property to report to the police on 101.
“The current development is really good news for the local community. Our approach has not been taken lightly, but it is an example of our teams working together with partnership agencies to act in the best interests of our
communities.”
