Fulstow woman, 63, pleads guilty to drink driving
Deidre Patricia Gurr, 63, of Peartree Lane, committed the offence in Northgate, Louth, on September 6 last year, when she drove a car while she had 97 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in her system.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

Hide AdShe pleaded guilty to the charge on April 14 at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, where she was fined £200 and handed a 28 month driving ban. She was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
Gurr was also charged with driving without a valid third-party insurance policy or a valid licence, which she admitted in court. She was fined a further £120 for the offence relating to insurance.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account by the court when sentencing.
