Framework takes over market stall
Staff, residents and service users from across Bassetlaw took to Bridge Street to explain to the public the importance of the charity’s work.
The Framework stall also featured a bring and buy sale, name the Dog competition and refreshments from the charity’s Barista coffee shop.

Hide AdTenancy support worker David Ross said Framework helps many homeless and vulnerable people in the district to get their lives back on track every year.
“We offer accommodation units in Potter Street for people who would otherwise be homeless,” he said.
“We also offer vital floating support services to people whose problems with mental health or substance misuse mean they are at risk of becoming homeless.”
“We also work with the general public to reduce risk of homelessness.”

Hide AdThe market stall event celebrated Do It For Framework Day which saw hundreds of supports across the county take part in their own fundraising and awareness raising activities.
Said David: “This exercise is about raising the profile of that work and reminding people that - even in difficult times - we are trying our best to help people who are most in need,” he said.
“It also gives many of the people we work with the opportunity to boost their confidence and skills.”
