'˜Good Samaritan' boozer threatened to kill '˜unknown persons' in Mansfield
Steven Peter Crawford, 30, of Hall Street, admitted being drunk and disorderly when he appeared at Mansfield court on Wednesday.
Police were called to Clumber Street on July 22 where Crawford was being held on the ground by door staff after shouting at people and trying to fight them.

Hide AdRuth Snodin, prosecuting, said: “He made more threats to kill unknown people and was taken into custody.”
The court heard he was on a community order and an alcohol treatment programme until November.
Crawford, who represented himself, told magistrates he was an alcoholic and had been trying to be protect some children and ‘be a good Samaritan’.
The court heard he owed £615 in fines.
Magistrates fined him £40 and ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.
