All equipment will be provided and refreshments will also be available.
Deputy town clerk, Michelle Moss, revealed that the event has been scheduled for a weekday–as opposed to a weekend – after requests from several residents.

Speaking at last month’s Horncastle Town Council meeting, Mayor Councillor Fiona Martin said: “I want to thank everybody who
attended the community clear-up event.
“I have never seen such a good attendance by councillors and other members of organisations in the town and by Horncastle Trade Association as well.
“I thought that it was a tremendous effort and I would like to thank everybody associated with organising the event and those that came out to help.”
