“The pandemic was a very worrying time for most of us, and a lot of people have reconsidered the direction their life is going in, what is important and what is not quite so important.
"I live in a lovely place with a lot of open fields and was acutely aware not everyone is so lucky.
"So I decided to build the glamp site so that other people would have the opportunity to enjoy the lovely countryside that I'm lucky enough to enjoy everyday.

"I've found being among nature and with animals hugely beneficial during tough times and I know not everyone is lucky enough to live surrounded by countryside and animals. So by building the glamp site, it allows our guests to experience the joy of nature, the joy of this village, Saundby, and the surrounding areas.
"We've created an extensive digital guest book which features lots of information about the site and the surrounding area, and of course Gainsborough, Retford, Lincoln.
"We've so many amazing places to visit in this area and great things to see that we are proud to encourage people to visit.”
