"With the notable shortage of modern commercial property in the area, we are pleased to be able to provide new employment space to support the growth of the local business base, with our Stirlin Place development and now Willoughton Place.
“We have appointed Pygott & Crone as our sole agents for Willoughton Place.
"With the recent success of our collective efforts on developments such as Stirlin Place, Leafbridge and Kirk’s Yard, we had no doubt that they were the right agents to market this exciting new opportunity.”
