Peta will '˜brave the shave' for charity event
Peta is the treasurer of Louth Beech Grove Community Hall, and many members of the community are supporting her through donations of money and catering at the event - and people have also donated a number of comical wigs for Peta to try out on the day of the event.
She will be making a day of it on May 22, with the ‘big chop’ in the morning, and a game of bingo, a raffle, and food in the afternoon.

“Shaving my hair off is a challenge so I hope that people will support me.”
Peta has already raised more than £250, including donations from the Post Office and Waterloo Housing, and aims to reach to £1,000 before the event.
Louth post woman Marie Burgess said: “Peta is a wonderful lady who is always doing things for charity, and I think it’s amazing what she is doing for the hospital.”
