'˜Uplifting' Estonian film set to be shown at Louth Film Club
The film is set in 1992 when Georgians are at war with secessionist Abkhazians, backed by Russia.
Fruit growing in a war zone is shown to be full of problems – but then pacifism and love are depicted at their most uncompromising.

Hide AdPaul Hill, chair of the film club, commented: “This film has so much sadness, but it is also humane and uplifting.”
Tangerines will be shown at The Playhouse Cinema in Cannon Street.
Tickets are £4 for LFC members, £6.90 for non-members and £5.50 for concessions.
