Grimsby Auditorium is calling for fervent young people aged 9 to 19 (as of July 29 2007) to audition for a part in the exciting Stage Experience production. All those selected for a part will also be considered for the choir in ‘Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat’ alongside Craig Chalmers (from BBC TV’s ‘Any Dream Will Do) and as dancers in this year’s pantomime ‘Aladdin’ alongside a professional cast. This show caters for an abundance of small parts to suit candidates experience or someone looking for their first taste in the arts.


The Stage Experience rehearsals will run from Sunday August 3, concluding with four performances on Friday August 15 and Saturday August 16 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Tickets for these are on sale now via the Grimsby Auditorium box office in person or by telephone on 0844 847 2426.


Places are very limited to only 100 and due to high demand students must show enthusiasm and commitment to pass the audition process. Unfortunately it is anticipated that we may have to reject applicants this year.


The course fee will be £135.00, which can be paid in two instalments if desired, but must be paid in full before commencement of the project. If there are two or more members (brothers/sisters) in one family wishing to take part they will each be entitled to participate at a reduced rate of £90 each. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card at the Box Office.
