THE Women's Institute has joined forces with the Food Standards Agency to provide practical cookery classes for young parents.

Let's Cook! is a free six-week practical cooking course to learn the basics of cooking healthy meals to feed the family economically.

The first course starts on September 10 at Binbrook Children's Centre from 1 to 3pm. A creche is available and all ingredients and equipment for the cookery are provided.
